A Bright Idea Goes Dark

I am turning off my computer at 8 p.m. local time and you should to! Why? Today marks the start of Earth Hour.
Earth Hour, created by the Worldwild Life Fund (WWF) in Sydney, Australia, is an opportunity for all of us to take action, influence others and start a wave of change that alters the course of climate change. From 8 to 9 p.m. local time on March 29, 2008, people across the world are encouraged to turn off their lights for just one hour—Earth Hour—to show it's possible to have an impact on climate change.
I am doing it at home and at the S.C.R.A.P. Gallery where we practice Earth Day Every Day! For more information about Earth Hour, go to www.earthhour.org.
